The possible implications of hyperon decay asymmetry in some cosmic ray sources are examined. Cosmic-ray sources where such decays can occur are identified; the signatures for measuring these asymmetries in both the laboratory and cosmic-ray sources are investigated. A correlation between these signatures is found. It is concluded that hyperon decays contribute significantly to the Cp violation observed in cosmic-ray sources.
