During orbital lifetime, every spacecraft undergo thermal variations due to eclipses, to sun inclination variations... These thermal variations generate thermal deformations, which can strongly degrade spacecraft performances. As an example, very small antenna deformations or optical instruments support deformations can create misalignments with severe consequences. Elaborate mathematical models are developed to predict these deformations. But these models still contain uncertainties. That's why the checking tests are always required. These tests are performed in large chambers where environmental conditions are reproduced as accurately as possible. Videogrammetry is a deformation measurement method, without contact, very accurate and simple. This method allows to obtain an object three- dimensional representation by taking views of this object under different view angles with a camera. Intespace recently developed a new test facility, which allows to test by videogrammetry more complex shapes. Thus dual-gridded reflectors faces can be measured in only one test and in the same reference frame.
