We identified 95 new Planetary Nebulae candidates, beyond the 34 known, in the central 4° around the Galactic Center. 64 of this unique, large sample were positively confirmed spectroscopically as PN at the ESO 1.5-m and CTIO 4-m. These PN are excellent probes of the abundances and kinematics in the Galactic Bulge, important in unravelling its history. PN size and structural information obtained from the 0.9-m H(alpha) images will provide extremely valuable constraints to detailed photo- ionization modeling. We will also observe the degree to which their morphology has been affected by the ISM in different regions around the Galactic Center, thereby providing estimates of the ISM densities. The H(alpha) images also serve to investigate a possible bias against low surface brightness H-burning PN of larger core mass.
