We report observational evidence supporting the association of the EGRET source 3EG J1824-1514 with the radio emitting X-ray binary LS 5039. Recent VLBA observations of LS 5039 at 5.0 GHz indicate that this system appears extended at milliarcsecond scales with elongated appearance that we interpret as relativistic jets. The positional agreement of an EGRET source with a radio jet X-ray binary provides and interesting link for better understanding the nature of some unidentified EGRET sources.
