Using horizontal muons in Soudan 2, we measure the neutrino induced muon flux and set a limit on the flux of neutrinos from AGN's. A horizontal neutrino induced flux of 5.00 ± 0.55 ± 0.51 ×10-13 cm-2 sr-1 s-1 is measured. The absence of horizontal muons with a large energy loss is used to set a limit on the flux of ν's from AGN's as a function of energy.
