The authors analyse the high-speed photometrical data of the star HR 2517 in U and B bands. The stable, during two nights, periodic light variability with the period P = 3.64 - 3.90 min in the U band. In the B band the concentration of light variability main power has been observed on the time-frequency diagram in the frequency band from 0.1 to 4.5 Hz. The stable periodic or quasi-periodic signals with the frequency about 0.1 Hz have not been detected. This fact does not support the hypothesis on the existence of a neutron star in the high mass binary HR 2517.
