The spectra of HDO from 2500 to 3000/cm has been analyzed at a resolution of better than 0.02/cm. It was recorded at the Fourier transform spectrometer of the Kitt Peak National Observatory, Tucson. Ground-state constants of the reduced Hamiltonian, ground-state energies and transitions for nu1 and 2nu2 bands are reported. The effects of a strong Fermi resonance on the spectra are discussed.
