FSC+10214+4724 {z=2.28} and H1413+117 {Cloverleaf quasar; z=2.54} have extraordinarily high luminosities and ISM gas masses {mostly molecular}. In both cases optical emission lines indicate a central Seyfert/QSO source. The high ISM masses and high far infrared luminosities suggest they may also be massive protogalaxies undergoing initial galactic starbursts. In both cases, the optical morphology has been interpreted in terms of gravitational lensing, implying that considerable magnification {10-50} of the intrinsic fluxes has occurred. It thus appears that both objects are probably high redshift ultraluminous galaxies and the gravitational magnification thus provides a unique opportunity to observe high redshift counterparts of the local ultraluminous galaxies. For both systems, the high sensitivity and spatial resolution provided by NICMOS can significantly improve the current lens modeling. In addition, since the different spectral bands may have different intrinsic brightness distributions in the amplified source, we may anticipate different image distributions as a function of wavelength. Deep high resolution imaging with NICMOS will also provide valuable constraints on the lensing galaxies which will aid in modelling the gravitational lensing. {Timing is such that no parallels should be done with WFPC2 or STIS.}
