We present results on the measurements of the OIVloiv\ and SIIIlsiiib\
lines in a sample of starburst galaxies. We find that even though very
few galaxies in our sample are classified as Wolf-Rayet stars, OIV is
detected in most galaxies. Comparison of the data with models shows that
the OIV/SIII line ratio is mainly driven by light of stellar origin.
