A diffusion model of the propagation of cosmic rays with energies of 10
exp 14 to 10 exp 17 is considered. The possible derivation of a bend in
the observed energy spectrum for 5 x 10 exp 15 eV due to the drift
effect (Hall diffusion) of cosmic rays in the general regular magnetic
field of the Galaxy is discussed.
