The direction of motion of the interstellar gas relative to the sun was
determined on the basis of Progress-6 interplanetary measurements of the
brightness distribution in the atomic helium line at 584 A. The
coordinates of the velocity vector in the projection on the celestial
sphere are equal: alpha = 77 + or - 2 deg and delta = 17 + or - 2.5 deg.
