Observations of the full disk number of He I dark points made with the Pulkovo TV magnetograph show that it varies almost in interphase with the sunspot number. Spectroheliograms of the same solar regions observed at an interval of several minutes in He I 10830 A, H-alpha and K Ca II lines are compared. This comparison shows to an accuracy of the order of two arcsecs that the network is located at the same place as the chromospheric network seen in the K Ca II and H-alpha lines. Also, the locations of the majority of large He I dark points coincide with bright hydrogen and calcium flocculi, which in turn are located at the chromospheric network knots (the regions of local magnetic enhancement).
