Through directly finding the solution of the Klein-Gordon equation near the horizon, the authors obtain the location equation of the event horizon and the Hawking radiation temperature. The results indicate that the event horizon location, the angular velocity and the Hawking radiation temperature of non-static Kerr black holes depend not only on the time, but also on the direction angle.
