This paper examines the uniform and isotropic cosmological solutions of
the relativistic theory of gravity for fixed harmonic conditions and a
uniform static Einstein-universe background. It is shown that the
harmonization of gravity-field equations prevents the occurrence of
singularities and leads to a nonsingular closed oscillating universe.
