A Hamiltonian formulation of the nongravitational part of the unified
Yang-Mills and gravitational theory is derived. It is shown that the
presence of second-class constraints does not spoil construction of a
manifestly relativistic functional integral. A correct construction of a
relativistic functional integral is presented.
