The detection of half-hour variations of the decameter radio emission of the Crab nebula with the relative dispersion of flux density fluctuations of about 0.38 and 0.07 at frequencies of 5.6 and 8.9 MHz, respectively, is reported. Consideration is given to scintillations of the pulsar NP 0532 at inhomogeneities of the space environment as a possible cause of the variability.
