Very Large Array (VLA) observations of the black hole candidate binary H1743-322 = IGR J1746-3213 = XTE J17464-3213 (e.g., ATel #301, #314) show that the central radio source has re-appeared. Data taken on August 7, 2005 (MJD 53589.25) at 4.86 GHz gave a clear detection with a flux density of 0.59 +/- 0.07 mJy; data taken at the same frequency on June 11 (MJD 53532.30) gave only an upper limit, with a nominal flux density at the source position of 0.03 +/- 0.04 mJy/beam.
