New measurements of H-beta-fluxes for 13 planetary nebulae are presented. Included in the sample are five objects with no flux hitherto measured probably belonging to the galactic bulge. The VLA fluxes at 5 GHz combined with the data allowed an evaluation of the color excess for those planetaries. Magnitudes at 4819 A and the Zanstra temperatures are also derived for the central stars of some of the observed nebulae.
