It is shown that group-delay fluctuations of Pc1 pulsations have specific features which make it possible to clarify mechanisms of MHD-wave propagation and variations of the statistical characteristics of the magnetosphere. The multiple propagation of waves on a path with random inhomogeneities is considered as an example, and the group-path fluctuations are experimentally shown to be related to Kp index, carrier frequency, and the latitude of the observation point.
