Lava tubes are quite adequate for the development of an early-stage
lunar base. Also, lava tubes are quite important for emplacements of
vast lava fields. We present our preliminary results of a new method to
detect lava tubes by Ground Penetrating Radar at Fuji volcano in Japan.
