If the universe experienced inflation in the early epoch, the number density of the gravitinos is much suppressed. Then gravitinos with a mass of a few hundred keV-100 MeV can be the dark matter on all scales, from spheroidal galaxies to super clusters. It is also discussed that the decay of gravitinos with a mass >~ 100 MeV into an axion and an axino will explain why the observed values of the cosmological density parameter are discrepant from unity.
