First, a system of general relativistic hydrodynamical and gravitational field equations is generally formulated under Bondi-Sachs's coordinate condition, and then it is applied to an approximate description of dynamical motions of a slowly rotating axisymmetric star. Our approximation comes from putting attention on the quantities of the first and second orders of magnitude with respect to small angular velocity. Moreover, the deviation of event horizon appearing in the strong field from the Schwarzschild surface and the behavior of the asymptotically flat field are examined, and, in order to see the dragging of local inertial frame by the strong field of that star, equations of motion for that frame are also considered.
