Doing Neo follow-up often involves imaging asteroids at or near the
limit of detection of a given telescope/site/CCD. Techniques to enhance
detection of low Signal to Noise NEO's will be discussed.. These
techniques include image processing, monitor setting, location and
position angle of NEO, display and Optimum Screen Visual Angle.
