The Gor'kov procedure is used to obtain a generalized Ginzburg-Landau
theory for anisotropic superfluid neutron-star matter. The resulting
equations are solved for the case of superfluid flow past a plane
boundary and the case of an isolated vortex line. The structure of these
solutions and their connection with rotating neutron stars is discussed.
