This proposal will obtain an image of the field of NGC 346. This field
will be used for the SMOV FGS/GHRS coarse alignment after the deployment
of COSTAR. Knowledge of the distribution of blue stars in this field
will provide valuable information for the analysis of the coarse
alignment test.
