The hypothesis that hyperspace is conformally flat and decomposes into a direct product of usual space and vertical space is considered. Under this hypothesis, it is shown that usual space and vertical space have constant curvatures that differ only in sign. A procedure for the reduction of vertical dimensions is proposed which assures for them a nearly zero curvature.
