A code to reconstruct the trajectory of Cosmic Rays (hereafter CR) in the Earth magnetosphere has been developed. This code has been used to back-trace particles up to the magnetopause if primary CR or down to the Earth atmosphere if secondaries. We have performed a full (AMS-01 like) spectrum simulation in order to evaluate the two components in the several geomagnetic zones and compared our results with the AMS data. In this contribution we discuss some properties of the secondaries: the production and detection positions and directions, and the cinematics features.
