Observe the geocoronal Ly-alpha profile along the night ecliptic in orbital segments for later editing to match background Ly-alpha profile of Jupiter for program 4878. This will be used for subtracting out the background of the Jupiter observation, for which the geocoronal line blends the planetary Ly-alpha line. An accurate profile is needed to yield an accurate planetary line profile. High S/N is required. This observation will also help in the detection of D on Jupiter.
