Scientific paper

Surface rock and drill-core samples from the 1.85-Ga SIC in the Sudbury
multiring impact structure were analyzed via geochemical and
isotope-geochemical methods. In situ differentiation is suggested to be
the mechanism for the chemical evolution of the melt.
