On the basis of experimental data, it is shown that continuous generation of electron, proton, and alpha-particle streams occurs on the sun in the energy range of 0.3 to 30 MeV. The energy spectra of such streams are shown to have power-law dependences on solar activity. Continuous streams of neutrons are calculated which are generated by solar flares and by the interaction of galactic cosmic rays with atomic nuclei in the solar atmosphere. General and differential streams of solar neutrons are plotted as functions of solar activity.
