The theory of nuclear reactions in solar flares is analyzed, and calculations are made of the yield of the secondary nuclei H-2, H-3, and He-3 in the low-energy range. It is suggested that the large amount of He-3 in some flares may be due to the presence of primary He-3 in flare regions, and the role of He-3 in neutron capture on the sun is calculated. It is shown that the excess of H-3 in lunar soil may be provided by nuclear reactions in flares. The dynamics of the formation of the 0.511-MeV gamma line by positron annihilation is thoroughly analyzed.
