The theory considers the satellite orbit perturbations due to an arbitrary zonal harmonic gravitational field of the Earth and the accelerations due to Sun and Moon. First-order short-period terms are determined by the von Zeipel technique. The remaining long-periodic equations of motion are integrated numerically with step sizes on the order of 0.25 days.
