General formulations of gravitational lens effects and their applications to the multiple quasar PG1115 + 080 are presented. We find that the time delays between images are fallingdotseq 150 days and the total mass MG of the lensing galaxy fallingdotseq 10(11) Msun, provided that the deceleration parameter q0 is 0.5 and the Hubble constant H0 = 100[km/sMpc].
