We construct the general N=4, d=6 Maxwell-Einstein supergravity theory, with target manifold SO(4,n)/[SO(4)×SO(n)], and gauge the vectorlike SU(2) subgroup of SO(4). The induced scalar potential is exactly the same as for the pure supergravity theory. A generalization of this model is constructed that incorporates a new ``antisymmetric-tensor Chern-Simons'' interaction.
