A new gamma ray observation project with balloon borne emulsion chambers
is presented. A new technique based on the accelerator emulsion
experiments was implemented for studying high energy stellar objects
with cosmic gamma rays. This paper provides the aim and concept of this
project as well as some results of test experiments.
