We compare different aspects of EGRET unidentified (EUI) source distribution in the Galactic plane with pulsar distribution. A EUI source LogN-LogS analysis is presented and compared with the Galactic radio pulsar LogN-LogS distribution. A number of systematic effects that could introduce errors to the EGRET LogN-LogS relation are discussed. The EUI source and pulsar LogN-LogS relations are similar to what is expected from a disk distribution of sources. A two-point angular correlation analysis of the EUI sources is presented where a clustering at ~3° is tentatively identified. A similar correlation analysis is carried out for the Galactic pulsars. We also compare the EUI source and pulsar densities along the Galactic plane, no apparent correlation is evident. .
