The characteristics of long-period (annual and biannual) variations of isotropic and anisotropic fluxes of cosmic rays are studied on the basis of solar-diurnal anisotropy parameters, and mean-monthly values of solar wind velocity and interplanetary magnetic field strength. An analysis of experimental data shows that quasi-periodic variations occur in isotropic and anisotropic fluxes of cosmic rays, solar activity, and parameters of the interplanetary medium. Phase and amplitude variations of the observed waves exist but have a quasi-periodic character. The observed variations basically have a modulational character.
