Frequency and wavenumber spectra of atmospheric small-scale motion in the mid-upper stratosphere (about 28-36 km) were obtained from observations of long-duration horizontal-flight scientific balloons launched from the Xiang-he Field Observatory, Institute of Atmospheric Physics during 1981-1985. For each horizontal-flight with the duration longer than 3 hours, the morphology of balloon trajectory was analyzed and then the intrinsic frequency and horizontal wavenumber spectra were calculated with FFT algorithm. Results of temporal and spatial spectra are analyzed in this paper.
