The formation of the spectrum of superhigh energy electrons in the galactic disk and in the halo is considered. It is found that, within the framework of capture models, and in the region of energy E greater than 100,000 GeV, the electon spectrum behaves differently in the halo from the way it does in the disk. This is because account is taken of relativistic corrections in the energy losses of electrons in the inverse Compton scattering. A comparison is made with the available experimental data.
