Two new exact solutions have been found in the Dirichlet problem for the oscillations of self-gravitating incompressible (compressible) homogeneous ellipsoidal configurations. These solutions describe the ellipsoids with zero vorticity and the ellipsoids with zero angular momentum. Eight (seven) integrals of motion exist. It has been shown that for the case of the ellipsoidal figures of equilibrium (the Riemann ellipsoids) with oblique rotation these two types of ellipsoids also exist.
