Scientific paper

Nonlinear development and evolution of fluctuations in an oscillating
universe are investigated on the basis of three-wave process. It is
shown that the perturbed fluctuations undergo some spatial modulation on
the scale λ, which might be identified as the observed period in
space of galaxy peaks.
