. Pressure anisotropy is an intrinsic property of collisionless plasmas. In a recent paper [Hau and Hung, 2005] we have examined the formation of slow shocks in gyrotropic plasma based on the gyrotropic MHD and Hall MHD models. In particular, slow shocks are formed through imposing a finite magnetic normal component on the tangential discontinuity current sheet that separates two regions of plasma and magnetic field. It is demonstrated that it is possible to have slow shock move ahead the intermediate shock as well anomalous slow shocks with positive density-magnetic correlation and/or right-handed polarization. In this study we extend the experiments to the general cases where there is a guide magnetic field By.
