Migration of trans-Neptunian bodies to the terrestrial planets was investigated on the basis of numerical calculations. The evolution of thousands of orbits of Jupiter-family comets under the gravitational influence of planets was calculated using the Bulirsh and Stoer method. Basing on the results of different runs of the orbital evolution of bodies, we concluded that extinct comets can constitute a considerable portion of near-Earth objects. Some large trans-Neptunian objects could be formed by the compression of rarefied dust condensations, but not by the accumulation of smaller planetesimals.
