The aim of these observations is to determine the Post-COSTAR plate- scale of the FOC/96 (f/151) camera and to provide geometric correction for all of the supported FOC/96 imaging formats. It is a new version of the last half of the 5521 proposal which was not executed properly. The changes made are a result of new knowledege that should improve the effectiveness of the proposal and to ensure that the high-voltage will be left on for a sufficient period so that the distortion of the camera will be reasonably stable.
