Electrophotometric data have been obtained using a 125-cm telescope for nine selected RR Lyrae stars for which the Delta S parameter is known to fluctuate with the light phase in the Stromgren uvby system and in the H beta region. An analysis of the observations shows that there are no noticeable fluctuations in the metallicity index of the nine RR Lyrae stars.
