A Fourier analysis of electron and photon fluxes as measured by the IC-B-1300 satellite during crossing of auroral latitudes is presented. It is shown that the variations of the particle fluxes correspond to the spectrum of magnetospheric turbulence for large and medium scales. The fluctuation spectrum of electrons with energies exceeding the longitudinal potential difference has a power dependence of scale, given by the K exp -11/6 law, while the fluctuation spectrum of secondary electron fluxes at low energies (less than 0.3 keV) is virtually independent of K.
