Solar Cosmic Rays:Fluctuations

Scientific paper

Data obtained by studying the 30 keV electron and 30 MeV proton flux
intensities are studied. Power spectra of intensity fluctuations in
quiet, preflare and flare-time periods are calculated. The solar origin
of the fluctuations is suggested.
