The 'Package B' nuclear fission debris tracker flown aboard Defense Meteorological Satellite Program satellites since 1976 has undergone redesign in order to encompass additional functions. Since June 1987, four such new instruments have been flown; three are still operational. After presenting a detailed description of the instruments and their orbital parameters, attention is given to illustrative data from the instruments.
