The electronic properties of superconductors should be understood on a basic mechanism. Our previous papers gave five conclusions on the mechanism, and this work will lead to these predictions: a. the high-temperature superconductivity should be found in the crystals which include the simple orthogonal (or square, or cubic) lattice unit; b. the s-wave pseudogap symmetry is possible but cannot become the superconducting gap; c. the pseudogap could not appear in s-wave superconductors; d. the number density of the pairs responsible for superconductivity must be small for the high-temperature superconductivity; e. the phonons cannot induce the high-temperature superconductivity.
