A spectrometer with an acousto-optical analyzer has been developed for
observations with the RATAN-600 radio telescope. Goldstein's field has
been observed in the 21-cm H I line. The simultaneous-analysis bandwidth
is 3 MHz; the spectral resolution, 30 kHz. The spectral channels have
nearly the theoretical sensitivity of 1.3 K.
